EAGLES PREY (1991)

In the months that followed Dunkirk, the RAF stood alone against the might of the Luftwaffe and the massed forces of Germany preparing to invade Britain. While America anxiously watched events from afar, some 240 American pilots made their way to England to volunteer to fly for the RAF in the herculean struggle against overwhelming odds. These brave young volunteers even formed their own squadron – the Eagle Squadron – who helped shape the course of the war in Europe.

HIGH PATROL (1985)

In search of Manfred von Richthofen, the Red Baron, WWI Ace Capt. Roy Brown leads a flight of Sopwith Camels of 209 Squadron on a high patrol as the dawn breaks over the Western Front. France, 1918.

TARGET PEENEMUNDE (1991)

North of Berlin on the Baltic coast at Peenemunde lay the secret experimental base for one of Hitler’s most dangerous secret weapons – the V-2 rocket. On the night of 17 August 1943, in one of the most successful raids of the war, Bomber Command made the perilous journey over enemy territory and managed to successfully flatten their target.
