LONG NIGHT AHEAD: New Release by Richard Taylor

Announcing a moving new limited edition print ready for our signing event on the 7th of November!

4 November 2021

LONG NIGHT AHEAD

Having left their base at Great Massingham, de Havilland Mosquitos from 169 Squadron fly low over Ely Cathedral as they head south in preparation for a night intruder mission during the summer of 1944.

The famous 'Wooden Wonder' will go down in history as one of the fastest, most versatile piston-engine aircraft of the war. To remember this extraordinary warplane and in tribute to the men who flew Mosquitos, Richard Taylor has created this moving new painting.

Joining artist Richard Taylor in signing the prints is a highly regarded Mosquito Navigator who flew many critical combat missions during WWII..

Find out more about the print and who signed it HERE!

We're delighted to be hosting an event where both artist Richard Taylor and WWII veteran Des Curtis are signing the edition.
