SYDNEY CAMM - Original Pencil Drawing

An original pencil drawing of Sir Sydney Camm by Richard Taylor, presented alongside two pieces of original material connected to the legendary Hawker designer.

The framed presentation incorporates a typed letter from Sydney Camm, personally signed by him, in which Camm recommends Mr Hudspith for Associate Fellowship of the Royal Aeronautical Society, together with an original Hawker Hurricane schematic dated 18 August 1938.

All three elements are brought together in a single framed collector’s piece, combining original artwork, signed correspondence and an original technical document from the development era of the Hurricane.

Camm was Hawker Aircraft’s chief designer and was responsible for some of Britain's most significant aircraft, including the Hurricane, Typhoon and Tempest.

32.5" x 17" overall framed size.
